Discussion of a Request by Christopher Land, LLC on the Redevelopment of 4085-4117 Chain Bridge Road

2:29

Jason Suffinstaffover 7,700 square feet the current zoning district is CEO commercial office and the property is located within the transition overlay district the site is currently developed with four office buildings dating from the 1960s through 1988. They total again 120,000 square feet. Under the current configuration, the proposal would require a special use permit for multifamily use in one of the buildings. Of note, four stories of residential with one story of active amenity space, five stories total with portions of the exposed garage entrance would face University Drive and the townhouses across the street. THE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS THAT WERE NOTED EARLIER IN THE PRESENTATION. NUMBER 7 HAS BEEN STRUCK OUT. A DETERMINATION BY THE ZONE ADMINISTRATOR HAS BEEN MADE THAT THE TRANSITION YARDS ARE
