9:10Paul Cunninghamthank you mr. chair as usual I guess I'll have a few comments one I will we get a proposal we dig into the details and we head down and we we enumerate all of the details and the things that have to be worked on and while i will commend staff for doing that i guess the bulk of my comments tonight are going to be in terms of why don't we step back sometimes and take a look at what we're actually going to dissect and dig into the details ah A few years ago, we had a situation arise in the city when something came up that no one had given a thought to. And it was a process that ended up in some major changes and a lot of consternation and effort and how do we look forward to change this. And I'm talking about Paul VI and the redevelopment of that property.
