south pedestrian connection in line with the green way that's recommended in the Old Town small area plan the greenway is also adjacent to the plaza with outdoor dining the applicant has proposed an east-west private street with four parallel spaces so here's the parallel street going east and west there's parallel spaces near building three and it also has a small surface parking lot to accommodate 14 vehicles near building three so here's the parking area that's separated from the plaza that would have outdoor seating opportunities there so the there's no mix of vehicle and pedestrian connect connections or residents or visitors coming on site that would enter enter into the office and be afforded the
exceptions in terms of height and density and interpersonal connects connections of course the applicant would need to provide an audit as they submit their application in terms of the zoning ordinance and there any additional special exceptions or any other requests that would be required the applicant would be seeking approval of a general development plan as well as submitting a major certificate of appropriateness for architecture and landscaping and also since this project is within the old town small area plane it may actually be in a transition district if it's in a transition transition district the Planning Commission May have a purview over I'm sorry the Board of Architecture would have a purview over the special special exceptions
