Clara SchweigerstaffThank you. Yeah, I was going to introduce myself. Yeah, I'm Clara Schweiger, planning staff. Yeah, I've been here for about seven months, but I'm happy to finally have the opportunity to present to you all tonight. So this is a work session to discuss the request for eight special exceptions at 10300 Willard Way. We're currently in the post-submission phase of the development review process. Same thing with the parking spaces, the landscaping on that surface parking spaces that are going to remain. There's also the special exception for the street trees along

So LimCouncilmember Lim Thank You mayor yeah I agree with all of my colleagues and I think out of the eight special exceptions the one that bothers me the most is lack of commercial. And I have a question to our staff about the 10 feet sidewalk requirement on Blenheim Boulevard. What did the Blenheim Boulevard multimodal construction that will be starting, where does that start? I mean, the 10 foot sidewalk requirement on Blenheim Boulevard goes in goes align with the multimodal project is that I'm just trying to get a clarification I
