45:39Leslie AbashianstaffReally appreciate you guys allowing us to come tonight my name is Leslie Abashian I'm the director of Human Services for the City of Fairfax don't get to hang out with y'all much so it's nice to be here tonight and I was just Paul said I bet it might be good for me to tell you just quickly what I do I do a lot of cradle-to-grave kind of things under human services and what I mean by that is that I oversee the health and human services for the city of Fairfax a lot of that has been provided through the general services agreement with Fairfax County I also oversee the community response team which is a behavioral health crisis response team that we started a year ago and also the Fairfax Village in the city, which is a program that supports people that are aging in place with volunteers.
