Speaker 2presentation will cover the implementation guides for the comprehensive plan as well as the three adopted small area plans in and Camp Washington. So in summary 80 of the 288 action items have been updated with this review. The statuses of several actions that are proposed to be removed removed or substantially changed as a part of our five-year review have been updated to reflect those proposed changes but not every action that has proposed changes is noted in this implementation guide just the substantial ones. So for land use 19 items were updated including the project to align the zoning ordinance with the adopted small area plans which is currently underway the housing programs manager manager

services 17 action items were updated including the adoption of the community flood resilience plan which provides provides the city with points toward FEMA's community rating system which can provide discounts on flood insurance premiums City Council also passed a resolution for a school bond referendum to update school facilities the city's community response team was implemented last fall and provides specialized rapid responses to behavioral and mental health emergencies and the Akatent Creek stream assessment is complete and it identified seven potential locations for stream restoration and public work staff are currently working on engagement with the public to prioritize those locations moving on to our small area plans nine action items were updated in
