So the only thing I want to report is to give a heads up to residents and to you all that July 23rd, the meeting that we're bringing back the acquisition of a property for the new, for the fire station replacement of fire station three. We're not ready to announce what that property is, but please just stay, you know, tune in to what's going to be in the packet to get information. We don't want this to be a surprise to anyone. That's why we're bringing that up right now to give people a heads up that this is coming. And that's funded in the CIP. So it's been discussed before, but I just want to give residents a heads up that this is coming.
