I move that the Planning Commission adopt resolution number PC-24-02, 2, approving the Fairfax Circle Small Area Plan and recommending the approval and adoption to City Council in the draft dated June 24, 2024, subject to final approval of associated amendments in the update to the City of Fairfax 2035 Comprehensive Plan and the following modifications. Consideration for preservation of access to properties and businesses near Fairfax Circle, implementation of a transportation study that analyzes safety and access constraints for future intersection modifications Analysis of the possibility of increasing widths of walkways and shared use paths were feasible
