21:35Chloe RitterstaffAnd so then we took that project and put it into our program, our two-year transportation program in spring of 2021. which was adopted in June of 2021 for us to proceed with developing the concept. We then had a city council work session in 2021 to look at that concept. We did several rounds of analysis and looked at developing how we were going to develop the concept and then had a public hearing to present that concept and get feedback on whether we want to proceed with funding it. And the funding endorsement also happened at that same meeting in September of 2021. So that kind of leads us through the first part of the process, the project development process. Then we got the funding. This is transportation alternatives funding.
