20:07Christine Johnsonstaffthe Lamb Center is asking or the Wesley Housing is asking for now is a tax grant based on Jamie had mentioned before about their financing. They're requesting a grant from the city, and this largely offsets, well, it does offset their real estate taxes. So this is kind of an interim. And the process is, is that the city appropriates it via the budget process, and the EDO in collaboration with the EDA, they will provide a refund. So the taxes are paid by Wesley Housing, but they're refunded back to the applicant. So the cost, most people want to know that.
