Jamie Ergasstaffof financing, the city of Fairfax did contribute funding to this project. It is probably about two to three percent of the total budget from what the city contributed, but I will say that by the city contributing, they are able to leverage the funding to get other resources at the table. That's common in affordable housing. If the local jurisdiction can demonstrate that they are committed to the project, they're able to usually bring in the remainder of the financing that is needed. The project is being brought forward by the Lamb Center in Wesley Housing, and we have representatives from both with us this evening, and this project is located at Fairfax Boulevard, Campbell Drive, within Fairfax Circle. The special use permit was approved in December 2022,
Paul Navteestaffcenters and so we're going to look at changes to the use table that would discourage any other venues so we've had other people use the commercial urban district they've used commercial retail district with special use permits we've had planned developments all those are really not the ideal path for this we want to focus on what we're writing here so I'll go through the the the the parking recommendations at this point, and then I'll turn it over to Ms. Stafford to go over the tree conservation amendments. So in the draft you have, there is a section on parking, and we'll explain why we're proposing something different, but what's in there, I also want to point out, a lot of the language is from our existing ordinance,
