Eric FormanstaffAnd it's important to keep in mind because sometimes, and these have all been approved, but the next round of them that we'll talk about are those that are potential. And sometimes you hear of a potential project and you think that it's an absolute certainty, but it's not necessarily because city council has to okay it. And we actually did see a project that got denied this year, a apartment project that was on our slideshow from last year, Courthouse Plaza Shopping Center. So the owner and the developer of Courthouse Plaza intended to tear down part of the shopping center or so, and that was actually denied. It'll probably come back in another form. We've seen a number of developments that have done that, but just to let you know.
