And finally, Scout on the Circle also participated in that same survey with flats and the point last fall. And back to our annual report, this is the summary showing implementation status for the small area plan actions. As you can see, all of the actions in Oldtown and Northfax are underway, all but one in Camp Washington and 45 out of 56 in Fairfax Circle. and that is all I've got happy to take any questions
