It's something that we've thought about a lot of times when you, I mean it's similar to phasing the construction and doing a piece, then another piece, then another piece. And you know fortunately like the projects that i've been involved with Whether it was the gun range or the the fire station. We build on route 50, you know, we didn't need to do that Possibly in the future. We'll have to look at that more carefully
