So these examples show that green building policies are now standard throughout the region. And it shows that the city of Fairfax is not out in the front of things with this proposed policy. It would then catch us up with what's going on in the region. So that way we have the same level of quality, efficiency, and long-term performance that's on par with the region. You mentioned that, that they could apply for special exceptions, would have to request it through the... Could you just go back over that,

Paul Nabtistaffplease? Yeah, so what we have is it's a different process from special exceptions called alternative compliance. And what this means is that, I can't find the slide, but anyway, it's a section where we recognize that this is something very new for us. A lot of the things that are in this proposed district are different from any other district we have. And so we don't think we're going to be able to have something to perfection the first go around. And I think there's going to be cases where somebody proposes something that the city really wants. and just some portions of it might deviate from what's in this code. And we need to have a venue, an outlet for them to request a way to get around that.
