Now, the one on the right here, it's a similar size building, it's actually larger in terms of units. This is proposed for the current site of Courthouse Plaza Shopping Center. This is where the Safeway is. The developer is proposing to tear down a portion of that shopping center and build the apartments. I think it will have commercial on the ground floor.
