This is a Habitat for Humanity approved back in 2022 for the grounds of the Fairfax Presbyterian Church, has 10 committed affordable housing units, affordable townhouses. We talked about affordable townhouses a few years ago at the school board. Jurisdictions that take a look at that separately, jurisdictions that have a lot of this kind of development see a much higher student generation rate from committed affordable units of great units.
