Eric ForemanstaffThat kind of surprised me too. And I don't know if the reason is that these aren't as upscale as most newer apartments might be. And that might be the reason. It might be more cost reasonable than what we had expected. Or it might be because the demographics have changed. and kind of like what you insinuated earlier, that apartment living has become more attractive in the past few years. That did surprise me that we got up to these kinds of ratios that quickly. So we can take a look at a few developments that are currently under construction. The biggest of these is Boulevard 6. So this is the former Paul VI high school site. This includes a few aspects. It includes townhouses, includes condos, and includes a handful of single-family homes.
that Paul VI, Bolzard VI condo complex. I expect very minimal student development from this. It's a condo. It's build as being upscale. We'll see if it really is built. But, I'd say this would be very low as far as student generation. Moving on to some townhouses, these were approved last year. This is building 13 townhouses on a one acre lot in Westmore. It's in Westmore but it's replacing a commercial development so this is new, net new as far as residential. Again, pretty standard for townhouses. Townhouses are so easy, I mean a townhouse is a townhouse, so you don't have to worry about unit mix or anything unusual. So I would say this one student per five townhouse ratio, two to three students from this.
