2:01:52Paul Naptystaffon the Circle Gateway proposal North Facts West phase four and the conversion of the Mosby building the Circle Gateway proposal was presented to Planning Commission on July 13 and the other two were presented to Planning Commission on July 27 they also had a work session on a level of service study that is wrapping up this will ultimately result in a policy to help guide contributions that developers can make to offset impacts to capital facilities for their developments while the Planning Commission doesn't have an official role in developing this policy we do plan on presenting the summary of recommendations to the Planning Commission and sharing the background data as well at their meeting last week the sorry yes September 8th City Council
