Paul Cunninghamfollowing that we have approval of the davies property which is now going to be several hundred more residential units with a small amount of commercial space that's coming into the downtown area that we're talking about. With that, we have a group coming through called the Christopher Group that is looking at the property just north of the Davies property. And that is going to be primarily residential from the recommendation coming through with again some commercial in it. After that, we now have Democracy Lane, which is going to be purely residential as we are building in our old town area. From that, we're going to move on to Courthouse Plaza, which is right next door, which wants to come through and rezone so that they can build the residential portion of redevelopment of the overall property.
