Our first public hearing is on the Fern Street Connector Path Project, and there's no council action on this item tonight. I'm going to recognize Chloe Ritter, the multimodal transportation planner, to provide the staff presentation.

Chloe RitterstaffOkay, good evening, Mayor and Council. We are here, this item, to discuss the Fern Street Connector Path and have a public hearing on this. But before we get started, let's see, I would like to just briefly introduce our consultant, Megan Waring, who is from Kimley Horn. So she'll be here helping me discuss the design of the project. And then we also have some other staff in the audience in case there are questions that we need to answer. So, the purpose of the public hearing is to give some background on the project and give a design presentation. After we give the presentation, we'll answer questions and invite public comment. But this is a design public hearing where no city council action is required.
