3:58Chloe RitterstaffThis is where we are on the project. We are here at step 10. As I said, this is a design public hearing for the intermediate design plans this evening. And this is where we've been on the project so far. As I said, this came out of the Camp Washington Small Area Plan, which was adopted in 2022. And then the project was advanced in the two-year transportation program. We had an open house and endorsed the funding application in 2023. And then last year we got the funding authorized and we started the design of the project. And we're here this evening for the design public hearing. And now I'm going to turn it over to Megan to discuss the design.
