0:56Wendy Sanfordstaffthe city line, was included as a priority in our multimodal transportation plan. That was then adopted into the comprehensive plan. So then moving from there, it was adopted into the two-year transportation program as and look forward for funding. So starting in 2018 is when we started putting together our concept plan, having some initial public outreach, and then subsequently, next slide please, moving into applying and receiving funding. And so back this, so now in 2023, we had funding that came online for this project that we had received from the NVTA. We received $21 million. So at that point, we then really kicked off the project again So, again, it's the work on the concept plan, apply for money, and then sort of wait for that money to become live.
