consolidation and development into commercial non-residential residential uses are recommended residential uses at this location is not recommended based on the the Old Town small area plan and then finally the existing office market will undergo updates during a medium term but most new development will be concentrated in the Fairfax County judicial complex while it is difficult future the smaller your plan provides some benchmarks for the near-term horizon of the next 15 years so the applicant has provided information towards the near-term development of 15 years so in terms of residential you're looking at up to 392 units the short-term increase would be 12 150 residential residential units office space the smaller your plan would like

Speaker 6it just seems like the challenge that we are put in and it was shown here tonight is like what are we holding the line on in these plants and what are we gonna look the other way on or make an exception for and it's hard when you're dealing with a plan from 2020 so i i think the refresh of what do we want it to be and where are we holding the line on intersections and street lights and parcels is necessary because we've got these two big ones i mean the mega block in the south is basically done at this point we've got courthouse coming you know like by the time these are updated a lot of the old town small area plan is going to be committed to. So yeah.
