Speaker 23if I may that is a follow-up to discussion that both the Planning Commission and the City council had with respect to the Gatewood Plaza proposal on Fairfax Boulevard expressing interest in whether the city should reevaluate policy position on residential development in the commercial corridors and so that discussion is subsequently gone back to the Planning Commission they've had discussion and so this would to bring that forward to the council for the have discussion.
