The first two are land use cases that have been working through the process. And so these are time bound that we require. This is the time for us to hold them. The first is on this is what I think is called the referred to as the Davies property. We've had presentations on that before. The second one is the combined courthouse, which is where the Safeway is on Blenheim. Those two are up for public hearing and potential action. And then the third public hearing is for the zoning text amendments that we've also you've also had a work session on as well.
