35:24Stacey Hardy-ChandlerI move that the City Council adopt the presented resolution as attached to the staff report and considered at this meeting following required public hearing, authorizing the exercise of quick take powers to include the initiation of condemnation proceedings for the acquisition of certain fee simple rights of ways and easements on various properties for the Blenheim Boulevard Multimodal Improvements Project UPC 107013. I further move, as requested by the city attorney, that the resolution be amended to correct the spelling of the two owners of parcels 008 and 054, and further that parcels 004 and 047 be deleted from the final resolution as revised and finalized for signature.
