20:55Thomas Petersonjust out of curiosity we We had a nice bus tour the other evening of facilities and sites across the city, and two of them stood out as areas that are affected pretty significantly by runoff in different ways. One is Ashby Pond, and we're dredging it, and the last time was 10 years, and it looks like it's on something like a 10-year schedule because of siltation that occurs through runoff going in there what the cost of that operation is, but it's not insignificant. We also had a wonderful tour of the property yard, and that was educational because it turns out that much of and perhaps most of the flooding that occurs in the property yard is not from the creek rising. It's water that comes off the hill from the golf course behind the property yard.
