Brooke Hardenstaffterminating and that is what has occurred to advance the project to the current final stage of design. The agreement also covers the construction manager at risk form of construction procurement and the guaranteed maximum price for the project. Ownership and use is covered in the agreement. The city does not pay for the property and will have a 99-year lease with automatic renewals. The county retains ownership of the property, but the city will have indefinite use without acquisition costs.
