2035 Comprehensive Plan Implementation Guide

The 2035 Comprehensive Plan Implementation Guide is an ongoing project that tracks the City's progress in carrying out the policies of its 2035 Comprehensive Plan, including associated Small Area Plan Implementation Guides. It is updated periodically in conjunction with the Planning Commission's Annual Report to City Council. On January 27, 2025, the Planning Commission approved updates to the Implementation Guide as part of the 2024 Annual Report, passing 6-0. At the March 9, 2026 regular meeting, staff members Ms. Denny and Mr. Nabti presented Winter 2026 updates to the Implementation Guide as part of consideration of the 2025 Annual Report; commissioners discussed Comprehensive Plan Implementation items related to Sustainability scheduled for 2026, though no formal vote was recorded at that session.
