   [6b] The Planning Commission voted 6:1 (Cunningham against) to recommend City Council approve amendments to Chapter 110 of the City Code to define Urban Agriculture and add it as a permitted use in CR, CU, CG, IL, and IH districts, with associated use standards and a minimum parking ratio of one space per 300 sf of floor area.
