Meeting guidelines were reviewed with the board by Interim Vice-Chair Susan LaCroix at this meeting.
In full
At its inaugural regular meeting on February 3, 2025, the board took several foundational governance actions: it adopted a Remote Participation Policy (passing unanimously among those present) and voted to meet on the first Monday of every month from approximately 6:00–8:00 p.m. (also passing unanimously among those present, with Vincent, Wilber, and Cabelli absent from both votes). The Vice Chair was tasked at that same meeting with compiling recommended meeting guidelines to share with members before the next meeting.
On April 7, 2025, Interim Vice Chair Susan LaCroix presented the compiled meeting guidelines to the full board; however, no vote or further formal action was recorded at that session.
