   [10b] City Manager Laszlo Palko presented a multi-pronged security pilot proposal including security guards for Old Town and parks, AI security cameras at Stafford and Draper Parks, and a 'First Steps' housing support program. No formal vote was taken; Council reached consensus to fund security cameras at Stafford and Draper Parks using $18,404.20 from Homelessness Task Force Implementation Revenues.
