The 2035 Comprehensive Plan Implementation Guide is a living tracking document developed by City of Fairfax planning staff after adoption of the 2035 Comprehensive Plan to guide and monitor implementation of its 333 total action items across land use, sustainability, transportation, and other categories. It also encompasses parallel Implementation Guides for the four adopted Small Area Plans: Old Town, Northfax, Camp Washington, and Fairfax Circle.
