    [8c] A VDOT-required public hearing was held on the University Drive Bicycle Lanes Project. The project proposes restriping travel lanes, implementing bicycle facilities between South Street and Layton Hall Drive, and intersection improvements at University Drive and Layton Hall Drive. Anticipated advertisement date is Fall 2025. No council action was taken.
