The proposal would be the final phase of a PD-M District approved in 2020. The concept plan proposes one seven-story multifamily building and one upper-story mixed-use building connected by a seven-story parking garage, with up to 350 units, up to 7,000 sf of ground-floor commercial and approximately 450 parking spaces. Access is from Northfax Street and Chain Bridge Road.
