Catherine Readclose by. It's being done in European cities. And so I do think we have to kind of think a bit more expansively about what we're trying to do here in the city. And maybe this very structured kind of zoning that's been around for 100 years really needs to be rethought. And that is something that is a bigger question than this project, and yet it is related, right? Because if we are saying no to projects based on this is not what the zoning is, this is not what the comprehensive plan is, we have a plan, and this isn't it. I would also point out that when Boulevard 6 was built, where Paul VI High School was, that is a commercial corridor. Is it not? Was it not?
