Planning Commission Regular Meeting/Work Session

Paul Nabtistaffamendments planning commission last had a work session on this over the summer there have been some updates but this is primarily to bring the new city council up to speed on that project they'll receive a pre-application work session on a proposal what they're calling the the ox B this is the former Enterprise Center on University Drive proposals for residential with ground floor retail and it looks like the application will be a special use permit only which is why plenty which is not receiving this presentation they will also receive a or scheduled to have a post application work session on the Gatewood Plaza proposal this is office building on Fairfax Boulevard City Planning Commission is scheduled to have that

work session at your next meeting on January 27 more about January 27 your next meeting we will have our public hearing on the capital improvement program I mentioned the Gatewood Plaza proposal you will receive a presentation on the Planning Commission annual report and implementation guides assuming these are ready to go then we can discuss them with the City Council when you meet with them on February 4th. There are three other potential pre-application briefings that you may be having on 27th or shortly after that. There is a proposal for a conglomeration of properties in the site south of the Block A proposal in the block bounded by University Drive and Chambers Road and Sager Avenue and Armstrong Street.
