Then looking forward to December 10th, several items of interest. This, of course, will be the last meeting of the current City Council. They will hold a public hearing on a special use permit for pathway homes at 401 O University Drive. This may also be known to you as the Joshua Coffer Gunnel Building at the corner of University Drive, Sager.
