But in particular I had a couple questions on this particular goal and dealing with land use. And I know it's a tremendous balancing act that we have to face because there are, as you pointed out and we've seen, there are changes and there are mixed use developments going in not only in the activity centers but in other places in the city. how much over time the concept for the commercial or the business boulevard plan has evolved and changed, and a lot of that has to do with just changing circumstances, including the development, the IDI development at Pope Paul VI.
