Bob RantapplicantWe are bringing forward what I do believe is a meaningful number 2700 square feet but i think looking at the bigger picture here what these these future residents will do is support the existing commercial uses that are already in the area the shopping centers down the street the future growth yet to come in north facts and so i do think that this application this proposal which is a relatively small piece of north facts and the bigger picture does have a role to play you've got the botanist coming online right now it's under construction i think that's I forget if you mentioned that or not, Council Member Peterson, but looking at this site and working through this development program, we felt that this was the highest and the best use for it

Catherine Readother questions or comments okay so I think this is a good project I like it I think townhouses and two over twos in this location is going to be very appealing because of its proximity to I 66 I predict they will be sold before they're completed it also backs it gives access to the I 66 trail a very additions and implementation for the i-66 trail and this housing is right there as far as the retail what i see i see what you see which is you've got two hotels you've got uh the botanist over here and the re the retail is probably going to be the services those people want to walk to at that just makes sense that that's the kind of commercial retail that's going to be there is the kind that serves that community I like the fact that it's so few units because
