2:27:30Catherine ReadWell, I will just add, since we're, I'll just piggyback onto that, that oftentimes businesses do move. There was a window washing company that moved out of the commercial space that's being considered for the Highlands at Mantua and moved to Germantown Square. And Pathway Homes is probably the greatest example of a tenant in one of our buildings considering redevelopment who bought a building downtown and is not only using it as their providing 15 units of supportive housing. So it's not always a detriment when somebody decides to take leave of their current space. They generally, if they like the city, they will find a space in the city. And in the case of Pathway Homes, moving out as a tenant has benefited the city.
