So anyway, my point is, no pun intended there, that when you're looking at density within itself, it's gonna be perhaps just somewhat arbitrary regardless of which way you slice it. the zoning ordinance amendments that we're looking at here go a long way toward taking some of that arbitrary nature out of this zoning ordinance of ours and putting in
