Amit HickmanNo, go ahead. Okay, slide seven. for the student generation i know we've talked about this for a couple of years now um and actually just alluded to it it does seem that the one bedrooms we're getting more students out i mean fairfax square is a great example more students than the yield uh predictions are showing is there discussion on changing these numbers

Eric Formanstaffreally uh you know as far as as far as yield projections for new development we we look mostly at that newer type of housing units so fairfax square being the garden apartment nobody's proposing to build garden apartments any longer i mean if they if they were we would use

and Chambridge Road intersection on one of the gas station properties. And the current proposal is for 271 apartment complexes, apartment units. If it's built that way, I'd estimate about 30 students. The one in the center, this is just a recently discussed project by the owners of Fairfax Square. So Fairfax Square is the, it's both an apartment complex and an office, has an office component as well. It's on Main Street right across from Workstation Road. So if you can picture the whole, the commercial component is kind of up front. It has a five or six story building and a bunch of kind of low slung buildings as well. The developer or the property owner proposes to demolish most of the commercial component

Amit HickmanMs. Higley. To clarify for that section, that would be in front of the current Fairfax Square apartments or like right to the left of it, it wouldn't replace them?

Eric FormanstaffThat's kind of the fashionable thing to do. Fairfax Square, even though it's not in one of those activity centers, they also proposed that as well.
