- Capital Improvement Programproposed
Hickman was recorded as absent from the October 7, 2024 vote to defer the public hearing on the Proposed Five-Year CIP to November 12, 2024.

Hickman shared his experience reading at Providence ES for Read Across America (reported March 3, 2025). He also reported at the December 11, 2025 PRAB meeting that listening sessions had been held for the Providence ES renovation for staff and residents.
