Amit Hickmanversion. Yeah, okay. Yeah, because I'm seeing some pretty significant differences between last May and this one. I mean, it didn't even have Gatewood Plaza at all last May. So there's been enough changes that I think would be really interesting. Like the botanist seems to be new. Yeah, the botanist
Was it Willowood? Willowood. It was Willowood, yes. Okay, so it's just changed names. Right. Okay. but I mean Gatewood Plaza with 334 units right I would be really interesting to see if you don't mind or even just I guess you have it here okay it's just different format I'll compare and contrast thank you okay
Eric Formanstafflove it again. And I'll get to it in a little bit, but that Gatewood Plaza development, right now they're proposing mostly one-bedroom units so it wouldn't be the kind of generation you'd see from the regular, but that can change.
is a little bit, I don't want to say controversial, but it kind of is for that reason. It's a 10-story building is what's been proposed. 261 apartments. It's got a relatively small footprint, which is why it's so high. So that's that. And then over here on the right is that Gatewood Plaza that we had talked about. So this is another one of those commercial to residential buildings. The owner of the office building that's there now has proposed tearing down the office building and building this structure of 300 some remarkment units. Right now they're proposing mostly one bedroom units. If it actually gets built as mostly one bedroom units, you really see not all that much in terms of student impact.
