Right, and the reason is that that is, for most of these, for all of these, except for Fairback Square, they're located in what the city terms activity centers, which are places that the city wants to see developed into kind of this urban type of environment and those activity center guidelines pretty much say you should have retail on the ground floor we always I shouldn't say always frequently get pushback developers on that the botanist yeah these these people really didn't want to include retail in there. And I can't remember how much retail is included. There may be 10,000 square feet or so. Most of them are a little bit more, you know, 15,000, maybe up to 20,000 square feet in that area.
