Consideration of a resolution to adopt the Affordable Housing Strategic Plan

20:09

Stefanie KupkastaffOkay, I'll look into that for you. The Willard Sherwood Center has been designed to lead gold, so that would meet our current standards. I'd have to look into other planned CIP projects and get back to you on that.

Stacy Halla very quick question the Willard Sherwood is under a construction manager at risk is that because it's a combined project with the county resolution done?

Thomas PetersonA question that maybe is for our city manager, but if not, You can redirect it. We have experienced a number of CIP projects that have started at one cost estimate and ended up somewhere very, very different. But an exception to that is the Willard Sherwood Center, which I'm understanding is under the construction manager approach here. I don't know whether that explains the difference between the two or how we should be thinking about this, but it would seem to me if we're into having a menu here and matching it based on project, it would be great to figure that out because I think it's a little bit of a difficult situation for us to see these kind of cost escalations, and it makes it a lot easier when we don't, to state the obvious.
