At what appears to be a July 14, 2026 session, Hall raised a question about the Fairfax County School Board's formal request that the Board of Supervisors consider a referendum, indicating engagement with regional coordination topics that intersect with comprehensive planning discussions. Hall also indicated a view that the city will need to improve its comprehensive planning efforts to proactively access new transportation funding rather than being reactive.
