Anthony Amosand four both still fiscal negatives for us and the the only other additional context that I'll be thinking about in these further discussions is that I know that our community survey came in and under parks and community parks and I'm tripping recreation one of the items that the number one item that was listed was availability of walking trails and biking trails. So that's something that I'm going to be factoring in. It's not the decisive point, but I did want to address that. Number one, I have fiscal concerns with just because I really don't want to pull money from the general fund or our unassigned fund balance. So thank you.

Catherine ReadI mean, if they approve $4.6 million additional dollars, this body has to appropriate those funds to the project, is my understanding. So I'm not involved in that. That's the six of you. So there would have to be four votes to do that. And if there aren't four votes to do that, and the whole thing basically collapses in on itself then there will have to be an appropriation when we learn what our obligation is to repay the funds to VDOT and that money would have to be appropriated from the general fund is that correct

yes so one way or another money will be appropriated either from money we are going to get from the CTV to complete it or appropriations from our general fund for any money any and all monies that vdot says that we owe and that will would have to be four votes on this body to appropriate that so I can come back to you if you'd like a minute
